2. Towering structure projects

For example, chimney, smoke pipe, power plant cooling tower, cool water tower, inverted cone shell water tower, umbrella water tower, silo, ash storage, grain silo, fertilizer plant granulation tower and cement plant cement warehouse, etc., the building height of 120m or less.

3. Residential projects

Single building project with less than 28 floors and the total construction area of the subject section is less than 120,000 square meters.

4. thermal power generation projects (single engine capacity of 300,000 kilowatts or less)

What are the differences between construction project management and project management services?

(1) Different service nature

Construction project management is a compulsory system. The construction unit must not only undertake the project management tasks entrusted by the construction unit, but also the social responsibilities given by laws and regulations, such as the duties and obligations in production safety management. Engineering project management services are entrusted in nature, and construction units will only entrust engineering project management units to assist them in implementing project management when their human resources are limited and their professionalism cannot meet the needs of engineering construction management.

(1) Quality responsibilities and obligations of construction units: contracting out of works, examination of construction drawing design documents, commissioning of supervision units, carrying out quality supervision procedures for works, making procurement in accordance with the requirements of contracts and design documents, commissioning design units to propose design plans for renovation works with changes in the main structure, and completion acceptance.

(2) Quality responsibilities and obligations of survey and design units: undertake business within the scope of qualification, carry out design survey in accordance with the compulsory standards for engineering construction, provide survey results, provide design documents, carry out design descriptions and participate in the analysis of engineering quality accidents.

(3) Quality responsibilities and obligations of construction units: contracting within the scope of qualification, being responsible for the construction quality of construction works and quality inspection.

(4) Quality responsibilities and obligations of the construction supervision unit: to undertake business within the scope of qualification.
