Q&A

How to determine the category of TV set-top box when conducting compulsory certification?

Set-top box products with TV antenna terminals and can receive broadcast TV signals should be certified in accordance with the TV set-top box, no TV antenna terminals, only through the network interface connected set-top box products are not certified.

What is the purpose of the flat-panel TV energy efficiency test?

The energy efficiency is the ratio of brightness to power. Therefore, the improvement of product energy efficiency is to reduce the power of the whole machine under the premise of maintaining reasonable brightness output. At present, the new technology of reducing energy consumption while reasonably controlling the brightness of tablet products has been widely adopted. To reduce the energy consumption of the whole society, save production costs, and protect the health of consumers.

3.What are the requirements for the label of the power bank?

Name and model; Manufacturer, trademark or identifying mark; Rated input voltage and current, rated output voltage and current; Rated capacity; Cell or battery pack type and rated energy; For multiple output ports, the total current value of the same output voltage shall be marked, and the rated output voltage and current shall be marked near each output port.

4.What is the security level for paper shredder?

Security level 1：The paper is destroyed so that the information on the paper does not require certain auxiliary means or expertise, but can be retrieved over a period of time.

Security level 2：The paper is destroyed so that the information on the paper can only be retrieved using auxiliary means and time.
